AIR SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA
(Riyadh, 11.II.2007)
The Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (hereinafter referred to in the present
Agreement as the Contracting Parties);
Taking into consideration the fact that the Russian Federation
and the Kingdom of the Saudi Arabia are the Parties to the Convention
on International Civil Aviation opened for signature at Chicago on the
seventh day of December 1944;
Desiring to conclude an Agreement for the purpose of establishing
air services between and beyond the territories of their States;
Have agreed as follows:
