Article 8
                       Approval of time-tables

     The  designated  airlines  of either Contracting Party shall, not
later  than forty five (45) days prior to the date of operation of any
agreed service(s), submit its proposed time-tables to the Aeronautical
Authorities   of  the  other  Contracting  Party  for  approval.  Such
time-tables shall include the type of service and aircraft to be used,
the  flight  schedule  and any other relevant information. This shall,
likewise,  apply to any subsequent changes. In special cases this time
limit may be reduced subject to the approval of the said Authorities.
