Article 11
                         Transfer of earnings

     1.  Each Contracting Party shall on base of reciprocity, grant to
the designated airlines of the other Contracting Party:
     - the  right  to  transfer  freely  the  excess  of receipts over
expenditure  earned  by  the  said  airlines  in  connection  with the
operation  of  the  international  air services. No charges other than
normal bank charges shall be applicable to such transfers.
     - The  said  transfer  shall  be  made  in any freely convertible
currency according to the official exchange rate valid for the date of
transfer and in accordance with the financial legislation of the State
of the Contracting Party, from which territory the transfer is made.
     2. The provisions of the present Article do not affect the issues
of  taxation  that  are the subject of the other agreement between the
Contracting Parties.
