Length of proceedings
The Convention will hold its inaugural meeting on 1 March 2002,
when it will appoint its Praesidium and adopt its rules of procedure.
Proceedings will be completed after a year, that is to say in time for
the Chairman of the Convention to present its outcome to the European
Council.
