Article 6

     1. Unless otherwise agreed between the Central Authorities of the
Parties,  the  requested  Party  shall  pay  all  costs related to the
execution  of a request, except for the fees of an expert witness, the
costs  of  translation,  interpretation  and  transcription,  and  the
allowances  and  expenses  related  to  travel  of persons pursuant to
Articles 13 and 14. Such fees, costs, allowances and expenses shall be
paid by the requesting Party.
     2.  If  it  becomes  apparent  that  expenses of an extraordinary
nature  are  required to execute a request, the Central Authorities of
the  Parties shall consult to determine the conditions under which the
request will be executed.
