Article 9
                     Entry into force and duration
                                   
     1.  The  Agreement  shall  enter  into  force  on the date of the
written  notification  by  the  Parties  on the completion of internal
State procedures required by their national legislation.
     2.  This  Agreement  is concluded for an unlimited period of time
and  remains in force until one of the Parties informs the other Party
in  the  written form through the diplomatic channels of the intention
to terminate this Agreement. This Agreement shall be terminated twelve
months  following the date of written notification of one Party to the
other Party on its intention of denunciation in case it does not state
the later date of this Agreement termination.
     
     Done  at Ankara, on sixth day of August, 2009, in duplicate, each
in  Russian,  Turkish, and English, all texts being equally authentic.
In  case  of  divergence  of  interpretation,  the  English text shall
prevail.
