Article 4
     
     The  cooperation  referred  to  in  this Agreement shall take the
following forms:
     -  Exchange  of  information  on  environmental  programs in both
countries  and  exchange  of  technical  and  scientific  publications
relating to the fields of this Agreement,
     -   Support  of  the  scientific  research  programs  related  to
activities and technologies in the field of environment protection,
     - Exchange of experience in the field of environmental policy,
     -  Exchange  of information on national legislation and practices
related to environmental protection,
     - Coordination of the Parties` positions whenever possible during
their  participation  in international activities on the environmental
issues through consultations between them,
     -   Working   out  joint  training  programs  in  the  fields  of
cooperation in the framework of this Agreement,
     -  Exchange  of  visits  of  officials  and  experts  to exchange
information and experiences, consultations to be conducted between the
Parties before giving that information to a third party,
     -  Participation of representatives of the Parties in conferences
and  meetings  related  to the subjects of this Agreement held in both
countries,
     -  Exchange  of  research  results  in the fields defined in this
Agreement.
     The  cooperation  may  be  conducted  in  other forms agreed upon
between  the  Parties  in  the  course  of  the implementation of this
Agreement.
