Article 5
     
     The  Parties  agree to implement this Agreement within the limits
of available funding resources, and in order to implement the forms of
cooperation  referred  to  in  articles  3  - 4 of this Agreement both
Parties  shall establish a joint technical committee supposed to adopt
work   programs   for  every  two-year  period  and  follow  up  their
implementation.  The  Committee  shall  meet once a year at least. Its
meetings  will  be  hosted by each of the two countries alternatively.
The  hosting  Party  will  bear  the  expenses of holding meetings and
working  sessions  and  local  transport, while the sending Party will
bear the travel and accommodation expenses for its experts.
