Article 6
     
     Provisions  of  this  Agreement  do  not  refer to the rights and
obligations  of  the  Russian  Federation and the Syrian Arab Republic
resulting from their participation in other international agreements.
     Any  dispute  that  may  arise  between the Parties regarding the
interpretation  or  implementation  of this Agreement shall be settled
through direct consultations and negotiations.
     Amendments  or supplements to the text of this Agreement shall be
made  upon  mutual  consent  of  the  two Parties and through separate
protocols.  These  protocols  will  enter  into force according to the
article 7 of this Agreement.
