Article 10
                                   
     Neither  Party shall disclose to any third party any confidential
information, provided by the other Party in the course of implementing
cooperation  according  to  this Agreement except for the cases and in
the  amount  permitted  in  writing by the other Party. This provision
shall  also continue to apply after the expiration of the term of this
Agreement.
