     Центральный банк    Российской    Федерации    по     информации,
представленной  Министерством иностранных дел Российской Федерации,  в
соответствии с Указами Президента Российской Федерации от  20  октября
1998  г.  N  1271 "О мерах по выполнению резолюций Совета Безопасности
ООН 1173 от 12 июня 1998 г.  и 1176 от 24 июня 1998 г.", от 5 мая 2000
г. N 786 "О мерах по выполнению резолюции Совета Безопасности ООН 1267
от 15 октября 1999 г." и от  6  марта  2001  г.  N  266  "О  мерах  по
выполнению  резолюции  Совета Безопасности ООН 1333 от 19 декабря 2000
г."   направляет   обновленные   списки   членов   УНИТА   (ангольской
антиправительственной   группировки),  а  также  списки  физических  и
юридических лиц,  имеющих отношение к афганскому  движению  Талибан  и
террористической  организации "Аль-Каида".  Просим довести прилагаемые
списки до сведения кредитных организаций для использования в работе  в
соответствии с действующим законодательством Российской Федерации.
