Article 4
                                   
     1.  The  Parties  within  30  days  from the date of signing this
Agreement  shall  exchange  through  diplomatic  channels specimens of
valid  diplomatic  or service passports, as well as information on the
procedure of their use.
     2.  The  Parties  shall inform each other about any modifications
related to diplomatic or service passports, and the procedure of their
use  at  least  30  days  prior  to  the  entry  into  force  of  such
modifications,  as  well  as  exchange  specimens of new diplomatic or
service passports.
