Article 14

     1.  The  present  Agreement shall enter into force on the date of
receipt  of  the  last  written  notification of the completion by the
Parties  of  their  domestic  procedures  necessary for its entry into
force.
     2.  The  present  Agreement shall remain in force for a period of
five years and shall be automatically extended for the further periods
of five years.
     3.  The  present Agreement shall remain in force until expiration
of  six months from the date when one of the Parties receives from the
other  Party  a  written  notification of its intent to terminate this
Agreement.
     4.  The  termination  of  this  Agreement shall not prejudice the
execution  of  requests received by one of the Parties before the date
of  receipt  of  notification of the Parties` intent to terminate this
Agreement.

     Done  at Manila on the 3rd day of August 2007 in two copies, each
in  Russian  and  English  languages,  all  the  texts  being  equally
authentic.  In  case  of any divergence of interpretation, the English
text shall be used.
