Article 14
Final clauses
1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of the
receipt of the last written notification by which the Parties inform
each other that their relevant internal procedures have been
completed.
2. This Agreement may be modified by the written consent of both
Parties. Any modifications shall enter into force according to the
procedure described in paragraph 1 of this Article.
3. This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and shall
remain in force for six months after the date on which either Party
receives from the other Party a written notice about its termination
without prejudice to the execution of the requests made prior to the
date of the notification of termination.
Done in Abu-Dhabi, September 10, 2007, in duplicate, each in the
Russian, Arabic and English languages, all texts are being equally
authentic.
In case of any difference in the interpretation of this
Agreement, the English text shall be used.
