Article 12
Equal basis of travel
Subject to the national rules and regulations concerning national
security of the Russian Federation and of Iceland, the citizens of the
Russian Federation and of Iceland shall be entitled to travel within
the territory of Iceland and of the Russian Federation on equal basis
with Icelandic and Russian citizens.
