Article 7

     This  Agreement  shall  come into force on the date of receipt of
the  last  written  notification  concerning  the  fulfillment  by the
Parties  of  the internal procedures required for its entry into force
and  it shall be concluded for a term of 5 years. This Agreement shall
be  automatically prolonged for subsequent five-year periods, provided
neither  of  the Parties notify the other Party about its intention to
terminate  it  not  later  than  6 months before the expiration of the
relevant period.

     Done  in Moscow on 19 November 2008 in two original sets, each in
the  Russian,  Greek  and  English  languages, all texts being equally
authentic.  In  case  of  conflict between the texts, the English text
shall prevail.
