Article 13 - Protection, compensation and support
for victims of terrorism
Each Party shall adopt such measures as may be necessary to
protect and support the victims of terrorism that has been committed
within its own territory. These measures may include, through the
appropriate national schemes and subject to domestic legislation,
inter alia, financial assistance and compensation for victims of
terrorism and their close family members.
