Article 12

     1.  The  requested  Party shall provide the requesting Party with
items  that  are  in  the  possession  of  the legislative, executive,
judicial  or other national authorities of the requested Party as well
as  the  local  authorities  thereof  and are available to the general
public.
     2. The requested Party shall make its best efforts to provide the
requesting  Party  with  items  that  are  in  the  possession  of the
legislative,  executive, judicial or other national authorities of the
requested  Party  as well as the local authorities thereof and are not
available to the general public, to the same extent and under the same
conditions  as  such items would be available to its investigative and
prosecuting authorities.
