МЕЖДУ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИЕЙ И ЯПОНИЕЙ О ВЗАИМНОЙ ПРАВОВОЙ ПОМОЩИ ПО УГОЛОВНЫМ ДЕЛАМ. Договор. Правительство РФ. 12.05.09

Article 20

     1. This Treaty shall be subject to ratification.
     2.  This Treaty shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after
the date of the exchange of the instruments of ratification.
     3.  This  Treaty  shall  apply  to  any  request  for  assistance
presented  on  or  after  the  date upon which this Treaty enters into
force, whether the acts relevant to the request were committed before,
on or after that date.
     4.  Either  Party  may  at  any  time  notify  the other Party in
writing,  through  diplomatic  channels, of its intention to terminate
this  Treaty.  This  Treaty shall terminate 180 days after the date of
receipt by the other Party of the notice of termination.
     5.  Termination  of this Treaty shall not be used as a reason for
not  executing  the  requests for assistance made prior to the date of
the termination of this Treaty.
     In  witness whereof, the undersigned, being duly authorized, have
signed this Treaty.

     Done  at  Tokio,  this twelfth day of may, 2009, in duplicate, in
the  Russian,  Japanese and English languages, all texts being equally
authentic.  In  case  of any divergence of interpretation, the English
text shall prevail.
