Article 21
                         Implementing Protocol
     
     1)  The  Parties  conclude  an implementing Protocol which covers
rules on:
     a)  the  competent  authorities,  the  airports  used  as  border
crossing points, the exchange of information on contact points and the
languages for communication;
     b)  the  conditions for escorted transfers, including the transit
of third-country nationals and stateless persons under escort;
     c)  proofs and evidence additional to those listed in the Annexes
1 to 4 to this Agreement;
     d) the procedure for interviews provided for in Article 9 of this
Agreement.
     2)  The  implementing Protocol referred to in paragraph 1 of this
Article shall enter into force on the same day as this Agreement.
