Article 1
                                   
     The  citizens of the State of one Party, holders of diplomatic or
service  passports  shall enter, exit or transit through the territory
of the State of the other Party without visas. They may sojourn in the
territory of the State of the other Party for a period of 30 days from
the date of entry.
