AGREEMENT
            BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
         AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE HASHEMITE KINGDOM OF JORDAN
       ON COOPERATION IN MANUFACTURING MILITARY-PURPOSE PRODUCTS

     The Government of the Russian Federation and  the  Government  of
the  Hashemite  Kingdom  of  Jordan,  hereinafter  referred  to as the
"Parties",
     Guided by  the  Agreement  between  the Government of the Russian
Federation and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom  of  Jordan  on
military-technical cooperation of November 7, 2001,
     confirming their aspiration for further development of  bilateral
military-technical   cooperation   and   strengthening   of   friendly
relations,
     maintaining the   principles  of  equality,  mutual  respect  for
independence,  sovereignty and territorial integrity, non-interference
in internal affairs of the other state, and mutual benefit,
     have agreed as follows:
