Article 12
                                   
     Notwithstanding any  other  provision of this Agreement,  nothing
herein shall prejudice any international treaties entered into by  the
Hashemite  Kingdom  of  Jordan  and  Russian  Federation,  and/or  any
contracts entered into by the Parties and/or authorized organizations,
definite   authorized   bodies   of  the  Parties  as  well  as  other
organizations,  with which contracts were concluded prior  to  signing
this  Agreement.  All  rights  and obligations under previously signed
agreements and/or contracts shall remain without changes and shall not
be affected by this Agreement.
     Should any disputes and/or  inconsistencies  arise  between  this
Agreement  and  any  prior  agreements  and/or  contracts,  rights and
obligations under prior contracts and/or agreements shall prevail.
