О СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВЕ В ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕ ПРОДУКЦИИ ВОЕННОГО НАЗНАЧЕНИЯ. Соглашение. Правительство РФ. 18.11.09

Article 15

     This Agreement shall become effective on the  date  of  the  last
written  notification  of  fulfillment  by the Parties of the internal
state procedures required for its entry in force.
     Each of the Parties may terminate this Agreement by notifying the
other Party in writing through diplomatic channels of its intention to
terminate this Agreement.
     In case of termination of this Agreement,  provisions of Articles
5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 shall remain in force.

     Done at  Amman on 18 November 2009 in two originals,  each in the
Russian,  Arabic  and  English  languages,  all  texts  being  equally
authentic.  In case of differences in interpretation of the provisions
of this Agreement the English text shall be used.
