Article 6
                Recognition of Certificates and Licenses
     
     1.  Certificates of airworthiness, certificates of competency and
licences  issued  or  rendered  valid by one Party and still in force,
shall  be  recognised  as  valid  by  other  Party for the purposes of
operating  the  agreed services on the specified routes, provided that
the  certificates  and  licenses  were  issued  or  rendered  valid in
accordance with the standards established in the Convention.
     2.  Each  Party  reserves  the  right  to refuse to recognise for
flights  above  the territory of its State, certificates of competency
and licenses granted to its own nationals by the other Party or by any
other State.
