Article 12
                                   
     This Agreement shall remain valid for a period of five (5) years,
renewed  automatically  for  similar periods unless one of the Parties
notifies the other Party in a written form through diplomatic channels
of  its intention to terminate it at least six (6) months prior to the
end of its regular term.
     Termination  of this Agreement shall not affect any joint program
and  projects  launched  during  the  term  of  this Agreement and not
completed  as  of the date of its termination, unless agreed otherwise
by the Parties.
     This  Agreement shall enter into force from the date of receiving
through  diplomatic  channels  of  the latest notification, concerning
fulfilling by the Parties of all formalities that are required for the
entry  into  legal  force  of this Agreement according to the domestic
law.
     
     Executed  in Damascus on May 11, 2010 in two original copies each
in the Russian, Arabic and English languages with all the texts having
equal  legal  force.  In  case  of  differences  in interpretation the
English text shall prevail.
