        TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN
        FEDERATION AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA
         ON TECHNOLOGY SAFEGUARDS ASSOCIATED WITH COOPERATION
           IN THE FIELD OF THE EXPLORATION AND USE OF OUTER
            SPACE FOR PEACEFUL PURPOSES OF 17 OCTOBER 2006
                          (Seoul, 17.X.2006)

     The  Government  of  the Russian Federation and the Government of
the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as "the Parties"),
     Desiring  to ensure the effective implementation of the Agreement
between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of
the  Republic  of  Korea  on  Technology  Safeguards  Associated  with
Cooperation in the Field of the Exploration and Use of Outer Space for
Peaceful  Purposes of 17 October 2006 (hereinafter referred to as "the
Agreement")  with  regard  to  joint  activities,  as  defined  in the
Agreement, related to the development and operation of the Korea Space
Launch System (hereinafter referred to as "the KSLS"),
     With  a  view  to  assist  and expand cooperation in the field of
commercial use of outer space for peaceful purposes,
     Have agreed as follows:
