Article 10
                Applicability of laws and regulations

     1.  The laws and/or regulations of one Contracting Party relating
to  the  admission  to,  sojourn in or departure from its territory of
aircraft  engaged  in  international  air services or to operation and
navigation  of  such  aircraft  while  within  its  territory shall be
applied to aircraft of the airline designated by the other Contracting
Party.
     2.  The  laws  and/or regulations of the State of one Contracting
Party  governing  entry into, stay in and departure from its territory
of  passengers,  crew,  cargo  or  mail  such as formalities regarding
emigration,  immigration,  customs,  currency,  health  and quarantine
shall  apply  to  passengers,  crew,  cargo  and  mail  carried by the
aircraft  of  the  designated  airline  of the other Contracting Party
while they are within the said territory.
     3.  Each  Contracting  Party  shall,  upon request, supply to the
other  Contracting  Party  copies of the relevant laws and regulations
referred to in this Article.
