Article 13
                  Airline commercial representation

     1.  The  designated  airlines  of  one Contracting Party shall be
entitled,  in  accordance with the laws and/or regulations relating to
entry,  residence and employment of the State of the other Contracting
Party,  to  bring in and maintain in the territory of the State of the
other  Contracting  Party  those  of  its  own  managerial, technical,
operational  and  other  specialist  staff  who  are  required for the
provisions of the present air services.
     2.  The  designated  airline  of  one  Contracting Party shall be
granted  the  right  of its own sale of transportation using their own
transportation  documents  in  the territory of the State of the other
Contracting  Party, in accordance with laws and/or regulations of that
State.  Such  sale  may be executed directly in the representations of
the  designated airlines or through of authorized agents which have an
appropriate license to provide such attendance.
