Article 17
                         Earning Transference

     1.  Each  Party  shall  on  base  of  reciprocity,  grant  to the
designated  airlines  of  the other Party the right to transfer freely
the  excess  of receipts over expenditure earned by the said airlines.
In connection with the operation of the international air services.
     Said  transfer  shall  be  made in hard currency according to the
official  exchange  rate  valid  for  the  date  of  transfer  and  in
accordance  with  the financial Legislation of the State of the Party,
from which territory the transfer is made.
     2. The provisions of the present Article do not affect the issues
of  taxation  that  are the subject of the other agreement between the
Parties.
