Article 23
                             Termination

     1.  Either  Party  will be able, at any time, to notify the other
Party   through   diplomatic  note  its  decision  to  terminate  this
Agreement.   Such  notice  shall  be  communicated  simultaneously  to
International Civil Aviation Organization.
     2.  Termination  shall  take  effect twelve (12) months after the
date  of  receipt  of  the notification by the other Party, unless the
notice  is  withdrawn by agreement before the expiration of this term.
In  case  that  the  other  Party  does not acknowledge receipt of the
notice  of  termination,  the  notice  shall  be  deemed  to have been
received fourteen (14) days after the date of receipt of the notice by
International Civil Aviation Organization.
