Article 3
The order of using the rights with regard to the results of the
intellectual activity, passed or achieved in the framework of this
Agreement and corresponding arrangements on its implementation, their
legal safeguard and protection, as well as the distribution of such
rights shall be stipulated in separate agreements, concluded by the
organizations of the Parties, which participate in co-operation within
the framework of this Agreement.
