Article 5

     1.  The implementation of this Agreement shall be vested on: from
the  Russian  Party - the Ministry of Health and Social Development of
the  Russian  Federation;  from  the  Cypriot  Party - the Ministry of
Health of the Republic of Cyprus.
     2.  The co-operation within the framework of this Agreement shall
be  financed  by  the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the
Russian  Federation  and  the  Ministry  of  Health of the Republic of
Cyprus   as   well   as  other  organizations  participating  in  this
co-operation.
