Article 6
                        Readmission application
     
     1) Subject to paragraph 2 of the present Article, any transfer of
a  person  to  be  readmitted  on  the basis of one of the obligations
contained  in  Articles  2  to  5  of this Agreement shall require the
submission  of  a  readmission  application  directly  to  the central
competent authority of the requested State.
     2)  By  derogation  of  Articles  2  to  5  of this Agreement, no
readmission  application  shall  be  needed  where  the  person  to be
readmitted  is in possession of a valid national passport and, in case
such  person  is  a  third-country  national or stateless person, also
holds  a  valid visa or residence authorisation of the State which has
to admit this person.
