Article 7
                  Content of readmission applications
     
     Any   readmission   application   is  to  contain  the  following
information:
     a)  the  particulars  of  the person concerned (e.g. given names,
surnames,  date  of  birth, and - where possible - place of birth, and
the last place of residence);
     b)  indication  of  the  evidence  regarding  nationality and the
grounds  for  the readmission of third-country nationals and stateless
persons as set forth in Articles 3 (1) and 5 (1) of this Agreement.
