Article 11
Return of the wrongfully readmitted persons
The requesting State shall take back without delay a person
readmitted by the requested State if it is established that the
requirements laid down in Articles 2 and 4 as well as in Articles 3
and 5 of this Agreement were not met. The return of the person
concerned has to be conducted within one month after his or her
arrival in the territory of the requested State. In this case, the
central competent authority of the requested State transmits to the
central competent authority of the requesting State all the documents
concerning the readmitted person that were transmitted in the process
of readmission.
