Article 5
                         Competent authorities
                                   
     1.   The   following  Competent  Authorities  are  designated  to
implement this Agreement:
     - for the Russian Federation: the State Atomic Energy Corporation
"Rosatom";
     - for the Republic of Turkey: the Turkish Atomic Energy Authority
(TAEK).
     2.  The  Parties  inform  each  other  in case of change of their
Competent Authorities.
     3.  The  Competent  Authorities  shall together develop practical
steps to implement the obligations subsequent to this Agreement.
