Article 3
                                   
     For the  purpose  of  this  Agreement  authorized  organizations,
designated  by  the  authorized bodies of the Parties,  shall conclude
contracts   which   specify   the   nomenclature   and   quantity   of
military-purpose products to be supplied, military works and services,
prices, time of delivery and terms of payment.
     The cooperation  of  the  Parties  within  the  framework of this
Agreement shall be implemented in accordance with the  legislation  of
each Party.
