Article 4
                                   
     The Russian Party,  at the requests of the Jordanian Party, shall
provide necessary technical  documentation,  technical  assistance  in
creation of military-purpose facilities,  supply of aggregates, units,
instruments,  component parts,  equipment and materials  necessary  to
organize    assembly,    testing,   repair   and   disposal   of   the
military-purpose products specified in Article 1 of this Agreement, as
well  as  training  of Jordanian specialists to manufacture and repair
these products.
