Article 5
                                   
     The Jordanian Party  shall  guarantee  the  use  of  supplied  or
transferred   aggregates,   units,   instruments,   component   parts,
equipment,  materials,  technologies and other results of intellectual
activity  as  well  as  other  military-purpose  products only for the
purposes of this Agreement,  and shall not allow  their  re-export  or
transfer  to  third  parties  without  written  consent of the Russian
Federation.
