Article 6
                                   
     In the  exercise  of  export  of  manufactured   military-purpose
products  to  third  countries  the  authorized  bodies and authorized
organizations of the Parties shall conduct coordinated information and
marketing activities at arms markets of third countries.
     The Jordanian  Party  shall  deliver  or  transfer   manufactured
military-purpose products to a third country only with written consent
of the Russian Federation and on condition of receiving  a  commitment
from  the  third  country  to  use  imported military-purpose products
solely in the interests of its own  armed  forces  and  not  to  allow
re-export  or  transfer  of  such  products to another country without
written consent of the Russian Federation.
     The Jordanian Party shall ensure that third country contracts for
supply  of  military-purpose   products,   manufactured   under   this
Agreement,  include an obligation of the third country not to sell and
not  to  transfer  without  consent  of  the  Russian  Federation  the
military-purpose  products,  received  from  the Jordanian Party under
such contracts, to another country.
