Article 7
                                   
     The Parties in accordance with their national  legislation  shall
take   measures   to   protect   information,   received   during  the
implementation of this Agreement,  which is considered confidential by
either  Party  and  shall  not  allow  for  use of such information in
prejudice of the interests of the Russian Federation and the Hashemite
Kingdom of Jordan.
     Procedures of protection and exchange of  classified  information
shall  be  determined  in  accordance  with  the Agreement between the
Government of  the  Russian  Federation  and  the  Government  of  the
Hashemite  Kingdom  of  Jordan  on  mutual  protection  of  classified
information of December 4, 2007.
     Transfer of  information  between the Parties which is considered
confidential by either  Party  shall  have  documentary  records.  The
necessity  of  confidentiality  in  regard  to  a  fact of cooperation
between the Parties or other information about the  cooperation  shall
be notified in advance by one Party to the other Party.
