AIR SERVICES AGREEMENT
          BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND
           THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
                                   
                         (Moscow, 19.XI.2009)
                                   
     The Government of the Russian Federation and Council of Ministers
of  Bosnia  and  Herzegovina  and  the  of  hereinafter referred to as
Parties;
     taking  into  consideration  the  fact  of Russian Federation and
Bosnia   and   Herzegovina   being   parties   to  the  Convention  on
International  Civil  Aviation  opened for signature at Chicago on the
seventh day of December 1944,
     desiring to conclude an agreement for the purpose of establishing
air services between and beyond the territories of their States;
     desiring  to  ensure the highest degree of safety and security in
international air transport;
     have agreed as follows:
