Article 12
                          Transfer of Earnings
     
     1.  Each  Party  shall  on  the base of reciprocity, grant to the
designated  airlines  of  the  State  of  the other Party the right to
transfer  freely the excess of receipts over expenditure earned by the
said  airlines  in  connection with the operation of the international
air services.
     The  said  transfer  shall be made in freely convertible currency
according to the official exchange rate valid for the date of transfer
and  in  accordance with the financial legislation of the State of the
Party, from which territory the transfer is made.
     2. The provisions of the present Article do not affect the issues
of taxation that are the subject of the separate agreement between the
Parties.
