Article 11
                                Tariffs
     
     1. The tariffs of designated airlines on any agreed service shall
be  established  at  reasonable  levels  due  regard being paid to all
relevant  factors  including  cost  of  operation,  reasonable profit,
characteristics of airline and the tariffs of other airlines.
     2. The tariffs referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article and the
rates  of  agency  commission  used in conjunction with them shall, if
possible,  be  agreed  between  the  designated  airlines concerned in
consultation  with  the  other airlines operating the whole or part of
that route.
     3.  If  the  designated  airlines  cannot  agree  on any of these
tariffs  or if for some other reason a tariff cannot be agreed upon in
accordance  with  the  provisions  of  paragraph 2 of this Article the
aeronautical  authorities of the States of the Parties shall endeavour
to determine the tariff by agreement between themselves.
     4.  The tariffs shall be approved by the aeronautical authorities
of the States of both Parties.
     5.  The  tariffs established in accordance with the provisions of
this  Article  shall  remain  in  force  until  new  tariffs have been
established.
