Article 17
                             Consultations
     
     1.   In   a   spirit  of  close  co-operation,  the  aeronautical
authorities  of the Parties shall consult each other from time to time
with  a  view  to  ensuring  the  implementation  of, and satisfactory
compliance with, the provisions of the Agreement.
     2. Each Party may either oral or in writing request consultation,
which shall begin within a period of 60 days of the date of receipt of
the request, unless both aeronautical authorities of the Parties agree
to  an  extension  or  reduction  of  this  period or if otherwise not
provided of the present Agreement.
