Article 3
                                   
     The  Parties  shall strengthen their cooperation in the following
main environmental fields:
     - Natural reserves management and biodiversity conservation;
     - Rational use of natural resources including water resources;
     - Wastewater treatment technologies;
     -  Dealing  with  the problems of desertification, climate change
and atmosphere pollution;
     - Eco-Tourism;
     - Environmental public education;
     - Combat and management of natural and environmental crisis;
     and in other fields agreed upon between the Parties.
