Article 17
Costs in connection with readmission,
transit and interviews
Without prejudice to the right of the competent authorities to
recover the costs associated with the readmission from the person to
be readmitted or third parties, all transport costs incurred in
connection with readmission and transit as far as the border-crossing
point of the requested State as well as the costs in connection with
interviews according to Article 9 (4) of this Agreement shall be borne
by the requesting State.
