Article 3
                        Exchange of information
                                   
     1.  The  Parties  shall provide each not less than once a year or
upon  request  the  information  so  that  the  Parties  could make an
assessment  and  own analyses of possible impact of nuclear facilities
stated  in  Article  1, paragraph 2 of the Agreement, on the safety at
their  territory  and  also  in  the course of assessments of accident
consequences  and  while  working out the proper population protection
measures.
     2. The information provided shall not exceed the scope defined in
Convention on Nuclear Safety and Convention on Early Notification of a
Nuclear  Accident.  The  scope of information to be exchanged shall be
defined jointly by the Competent Authorities of the Parties.
